"Thoughts While Creating"

 

The endless wonders of the shore.

 

Walking the beach in the early morning mist my toes squish into the wet sand. The majesty and the beauty of this lighthouse standing tall against the cloud filled sky sets the backdrop for this tranquil scene. Puffy white clouds float by on the same winds that give lift to the sailing boats.

 

The mist coming off the beach fills the air with a fresh feeling that matches the newness of the day. Waves wash over your feet and the coolness of the water causes you to momentarily catch your breath. Gulls fly overhead calling to their friends to join the flock on their breakfast quest. This immediately reminds you of the smells of breakfast treats wafting in from the boardwalk.

 

Your senses are now fully engaged; take a deep breath and pause for just a moment to let your being integrate with the Spirit of the Shore. And you thought this was going to be just a simple stroll on the beach.
