One of the most majestic of all of God’s creations.

 

Ever vigilant, flying high above the clouds; the eagle represents all that is strength and beauty, complete with a commanding presence. Keen senses tuned to the ways of nature as they build their eyries in tall trees or on high cliffs. Enormous wingspans allow them to cover long distances quickly and efficiently. Their eyesight, 4x more powerful that humans (with 20/20 sight) allows them to scan minute details from afar.

 

The only eagle unique to North America is the bald (white) eagle which is the national bird of the United States. Apparently fearless it has been noted; eagles are the singular bird that never turns to see what is flying behind them.
