"Thoughts While Creating"

 

The stillness of the night has been shattered by the morning cacophony of the waking sounds of nature. The sunrise comes most spectacularly and life in all its wonder begins to stir.

 

Our muscles fill with warmth, and our hearts beat faster as we row through the early morning dawn. The paddles cut through the lake with an easy rhythmic flow and the sound of the breaking water ripples around our boat. Frogs jump and croak, fish dart and swim by, and the insects snap and skip along the surface of the sparkling waters.

 

Suddenly, with a leave shaking takeoff, the birds of the morning greet us with their synchronized air performance; wings flapping and caught up in the excitement of flying higher to welcome the sun.

 

Once again we have been blessed with the beauty of creation and presented with the glory of the new day.
